Well Done for deciding to make the first step in creating a healthier and better you! My name’s Richard and I’ve been helping people with their fitness training and nutrition for over 16 years. Coming from a strong sporting background I see enjoyment of your health and fitness journey as being the key to the longevity of it.

What you can expect from your personal training sessions

All sessions are 1 hour long including warm up, cool down and stretch. I come fully equipped wherever you choose to train.

I will plan your individual sessions with your goals in mind and together we will make these goals happen as quick as possible. You can expect the very best knowledge and support to assist you in achieving your maximum potential.

I will always be there for you and I am always just a phone call or text away. I can offer you a wide range of variety in terms of type of training or equipment you can use, how much variety is up to you. There's HIIT, free weights, kettlebells, boxing, skipping, strength, outdoor running, tennis, TRX, VIPRs, power bags, matt work, pilates, core training, intervals, supersets, dropsets and so much more.

I am someone who knows how to look after you with a realistic approach to how real life can sometimes get in the way. You won’t need to be good all the time, but of course most of the time will be enough to achieve plenty. Sound like a plan?".


"I go on holiday and enjoy myself including having treats and having a few drinks, I train hard, but in manageable quantities. I’m toned and have a good level of fitness, but I’m not a pumped up testosterone charged, steroid taking freak! I’m just a normal guy (friends may say different!) who likes fun and variation in mine and my clients training".
